Friday 2nd April 2021
I’m up and out early this morning as I have my painted Easter pebbles to distribute. All ready to go, bag nearly loaded with 50 items to place along the prom

It’s a lovely morning, cold and frosty but the sun is shining and the sky is a clear blue over the sea

All pebbles and log thins placed, a walk back down the beach, photos as we go

Had a wonderful day, I think everyone did. We couldn’t remember the last time we was all together having fun on the beach. We thought probably September. 6 whole months!
So lovely to watch everyone having fun, giggling, running around, playing stone games with Grandad. We all built stone towers, had a short spell on the park before we made our way home.
Time now to sit in the garden, have food and enjoy the sun.
A very enjoyable day…boy I’m tired now!
Saturday 3rd April 2021
A quiet day today, recuperating from yesterday’s excitement. As I look out the window to pure blue sky’s again, too late for for the sunrise, but I will be setting off for a walk to some marshes to see if I can spot anything of interest.
Not without defrosting the car first, as another frosty morning.
We’ve have arrived! It’s very quiet as we walk through the pathways. Only the crunching of gravel under our feet and the sounds of birds singing their morning song. In the distance I can hear the geese as they cackle and honk.
The large pond and marsh area is very quite, the sun is blinding so very hard to see anything never mind a duck

We set of walking again, now in the direction of the park. All sorts of little birds fluttering around, darting in and out of the bushes, trying to capture with my camera seems hard today…I’m just not quick enough! Eventually my luck changes and I capture what I think is a Yellowhammer, don’t think I have ever been lucky enough to capture before…or have I ?

The Herons are still in the nesting tree. Not as many Herons around this morning, maybe off finding food or have they left? The other week they were all fighting for the best spot in the tree, today only 2 Herons.

After watching the the Herons for a while it’s a leisurely walk, I only manage halfway today…energy running low.

Lots of little birds out and about, not as quick on the button today! I do manage to capture some, but I was loosing patience with myself! Always another day…Always something new.

Wonderful morning walk, time for home been out nearly 3 hours.
The rest of today will be a day at home. Weekend visitors to our prom and beaches making life far to busy…unbearable! I hate crowded places, even more so now, it sends my head into a frenzy. It was so busy out food shopping this week that I couldn’t function and just needed to leave all the hustle and bustle. Result forgot lots of shopping!
I think the opening up of the lockdown will affect quite a few people. I think for me I definitely prefer the quieter space.
Easter Sunday
I’m having a quiet day today, a day off from writing.

Happy Easter
