After a bad day with Nikon the other day I returned back to the Nature Reserve today, to try again with my camera.
My brain has had trouble communicating with my hands, eyes and my camera earlier this week…Most of my photos have been quite blurry.

The strange thing is that when I take the photos it looks so clear through the lens…obviously Brain and Eyes are not working together. My sidekick Alzheimer’s likes to mix things up slightly…just to keep me on my toes!
This morning I had a little more success when I returned to the Nature Reserve with Nikon and Toby.
It is so strange how some days everything just flows and clicks into place…Then other days it’s like picking up the camera for the very first time.
It was a beautiful morning, I think one of the best for a few days…but don’t take my word for it!

All sorts of bird calls at this time in a morning, but the geese are definitely the loudest, they even drown out the sound of the gulls!
The sun was rising and the wonderful sounds of nature waking from sleep. The geese fly down the estuary to their next destination.

I love the sunrises and the sunsets…the colours…the deep rich fiery oranges, it’s like the sky is on fire…just a wonderful burning warm glow.

Even the duck pond is glowing this morning…Just so Amazing!
What a fantastic start to the day!
It makes life so much easier when my sidekick behaves!
As the day progresses one or two distractions emerge.
One I forget I have put the tumble dryer on…so clothes come out that dry they could stand up on their own!
I’m supposed to be putting the shopping away but get distracted by designing a card, then realise an hour later shopping still in bags!
Me, my sidekick and distractions definitely need to sit down and work out a way around this…I need a plan!
Today hasn’t been the best for getting things done…But you know what!… There are always other days!

I have decided not to post my blogs over the weekend now. My blogs will only be posted Monday to Friday.
Weekend blogs will be published Monday 😊
